FAQ
Quick answers. If yours isn't here, ask in the server.
Where are my private keys kept?
Only on your PC, in one encrypted file in the app's data folder. They're never sent anywhere.
Can I use my key on two PCs?
No — one PC at a time. Press Reset License on your dashboard to move it; the app on the old PC stops working.
A send failed with "insufficient funds" but the wallet has ETH.
On Base, Optimism and other OP-stack chains, every transaction also pays a small fee for posting to Ethereum. The app includes it when it checks balances; if a wallet is right at the edge, top it up slightly.
How do I get a Unix timestamp for Fire At?
You usually don't need one — the bot fetches the phase start on its own when you load a drop. To copy the current time in Unix, use the copy button next to the clock at the bottom of the sidebar.
A wallet says "Not eligible for this stage", but the WL Checker shows it on the list.
OpenSea builds the mint for whichever phase is live at that moment. If an earlier phase is still live — or the task fired before its phase opened — a wallet that's only on the later list is refused. Check the task's phase and fire time. The app fires on the corrected time (Settings → PC Clock) and keeps asking for 5 seconds after the phase time, for a stage that's slow to switch.
How do I see what happened to one wallet?
Press Details on its row in the task: every step, from armed to minted, listed or sold, with the reason for anything that didn't happen. See Tasks.
My PC's clock is off. Does it matter?
No — the app checks it against internet time servers each time it starts and corrects every fire time. Settings → PC Clock shows how far off it was.
Why was a wallet "skipped"?
It couldn't pay the fee for that transaction at the speed you picked. The others went ahead without it.
